  • Do you provide International delivery?

    At this time, Boutique 17:20 does NOT provide International delivery.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order ships, an email notification with the tracking details will be sent.

  • How do I return an item?

    If you received an item and you're not satisfied, please send unworn/unwashed apparel within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

    All custom orders are final sales.

  • What is your returns policy?

    All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange and ship your item back to you.

  • What timeframe do I need to provide for custom orders?

    Typically we need at least 3 weeks to fulfill bulk custom orders. If a custom order is needed sooner, email us at boutique1720@kisaniienterprises.com.

    For single custom orders, please allow 1 week for production once final design is approved.

    There is an additional charge of $50 for all expedited custom orders.

  • What are the shipping cost for bulk order deliveries?

    Our concierge delivery service is available for all bulk delivery orders within a 25 mile radius. If a delivery is outside that 25 mile radius, a delivery charge will be billed according to UPS ground rates.

  • How long should it take to receive my order?

    All shirts from Boutique 17:20 are made to order, and production time may vary depending on order size. Boutique 17:20 does not have shirts in stock, which can extend the time it takes to receive your shirt order. Production usually takes between 5-7 business days to ship, however, due to the influx of orders across all brands, orders are taking an additional two weeks to ship out.
